Updating your child's details

It is vital that our records are up to date. Please let us know if anything changes.

What information do we need?

We require the following information for each young person in the group. If any of the required information is not provided, we may not be able to take your child on trips or to events.

If you're not sure whether you've provided everything, log in at the top right of this site. You will be presented with a warning if any information is missing.

How to update your child's details

1. Login to Online Scout Manager

First, log in to Online Scout Manager. If you don't have an account, please contact us and we will send you an invitation.

2. Select 'Personal Details'

For any required information, type None in the field if it does not apply to your child.

3. Save your changes

Click "I confirm these details are correct" at the top to save your changes.
