Your adventure starts here

We're a friendly, active group based at St George's Church in Jesmond. Every week, over 60 young people come together to try new things, make lifelong friends and have an incredible time. There's a place here for your child.

Try new things, make friends and start your Scouting journey. Beavers is where it all begins — fun, games and the first taste of adventure.

Develop new skills and soar to great heights. Cubs opens up a whole new world of outdoor adventures, badges and challenges.

Ready to join?

We manage all our memberships through Online Scout Manager, our trusted membership platform used by Scout groups across the UK. Clicking the button below will take you to our registration page where you can sign your child up.

You'll need your child's date of birth, your contact details and an email address. It takes about 5 minutes.

Fill in our Joining Form

You will be redirected to onlinescoutmanager.co.uk, a third-party service.

Not sure which section?

Don't worry — just sign up and we'll place your child in the right section based on their age. If your child is under 6, they'll go on our Beavers waiting list and we'll be in touch when a space opens up.

Want to volunteer?

We're always looking for adult volunteers. No experience needed — we'll provide full training and DBS checks. It's one of the most rewarding things you can do. Find out more.
